WE RECOMMEND A GOING UP A HALF SIZE BIGGER THAN YOUR USUAL SIZE
Forecasts predict that Grey Days lie ahead. Andrew Reynolds signature New Balance Numeric silhouette is casting shadows across the globe in its newest Dark Grey colourway. Combining New Balances legendary construction and Reynolds unmatched knowledge, its a no brainer we get to see this iconic silhouette in NBs signature grey. Aint nothing drab about this.
The shoe is heavy on the sports shoe influences through a skateboarding lens, especially from heritage NB running shoes, namely the 990, because Reynolds wanted to focus on fit, support and feel, and, well, because it looks sick. Its crafted from suede, mesh and soft leather detailing, keeping it super durable with breathability for those long sessions, whilst underfoot especially, the tech comes out to play.
Lets rattle through some of the techier details that live up to the expectations and scrutiny of the Boss for his NB signature model, one of the most anticipated skate shoes ever: the full-length ABZORB midsole with dual-foam density absorbs impact through cushioning and compression resistance. An NDurance outsole and adhered toecap adds extra durability, especially in the kickflip area, the TPU mid-foot shank offers strategic primo protection, and the Controlled Reaction Device cradles the heel and keeps ya stabilised. Phew. Theres a hell of a lot more you can say about this shoe, but we wont bore you with all the details. Why not grab a pair and find out for yourself?
