This is made possible with FSC-approved, sustainably sourced wood; water based varnish and glues, natural veneers, corn-based recyclable shrink wrap and a single colour ink. Beyond the board, the skateboard production team at HLC are also moving towards more sustainable practices, using renewable energy and recycling off-cuts as furniture chipboard. Based only 30km from Element HQ, even transportation emissions are reduced.
