Introducing Vans latest addition to their stacked silhouette roster, the Old Skool 36+. An homage to the iconic Style 36, the first iteration of the Old Skool, the 36+ blends timeless design with contemporary skateboard tech. Rooted in Vans heritage, the OG Style 36 was designed in 1977; a silhouette by skaters, for skaters. Just the second skate shoe ever created by Vans, the Style 36 was the first to feature the Sidestripe, cementing it in skateboarding history.

Fast-forward to 2025, the OGs rebellious spirit is redefined with modern performance upgrades in the Old Skool 36+. A nod to the mid-90s, the golden era of street skating, with a shorter toe box, wider throat and larger tongue. Black suede blends with navy canvas under panelling on the upper of the shoe, sitting atop a white and gum vulcanised sole. Additional heel and tongue pull tabs add to the 90s aesthetic whilst
providing an easy on/easy off design. But the details dont stop there. The shoe is designed with increased durability, grip, and impact protection: locked-in tongue straps provide a secure fit, the suede ollie patch is backed by DURACAP tech, and
additional foam in the tongue and heel collar gives added comfort and functionality.

Moving underfoot, the Sickstick rubber increases the outsoles durability and grip, and the shoe is rounded off with PopCush insoles for impact protection and a refined single foxing sidewall for an elevated look.
